Items can be exchanged for online store credit only. Before returning or exchanging any item, ensure you contact us first, as unsolicited returns won't be accepted. Ensure the item for exchange is in pristine, unused condition with all original tags intact. We must receive the item within 7 days from the date the return is authorized.
Returns:
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges:
If you received an item that doesn't fit perfectly or you'd prefer a different color or style, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
Earrings and other pierced jewelry.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Neo Mati must receive the returned item within 5 days of return/exchange authorization. For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Cancellation Policy
We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 20 days. In the event that you order has not shipped within 20 days, you may reach out to customer service to request cancellation.
